The Acre Cars Booking App for Mobile Devices and Smartphones

It applies to Acre Cars and Cordic Ltd who supply and manage our Mobile Application (App) services. By installing and using any of Acre Cars Apps, you agree to our use of personal information as summarised below and in other sections of this Privacy Policy, also on Cordic Ltd’s Privacy Policy (, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Acre Cars and the user agreement of the Mobile App you install and use.

In order to maximise the benefits of the App, this mobile short notice lists the App’s collection practices. Your mobile devices and or smart phones privacy settings enable you to opt-in or modify the collection settings.

Collection, use, sharing and protection of your personal information collected during the use of a Acre Cars / Cordic Ltd App:

Location – If you authorise on your mobile device, we access geolocation data from your mobile device to provide a customised experience and or enable the collection and tracking of your taxi journey and also to alert a contact number set by the user that your journey is completed.

Camera – Currently the mobile app does not have a camera or photos feature, if in the future the App supplier provides such a feature and you authorise your device, we access your mobile photos to enable you to share an image or images of your choice through the App with us.

Advertising – Serve customised advertising. You can select opt-in or opt-out using your device’s’ setting or by changing the Ad Choice preferences in your mobile device. Whilst advertising through the Mobile App is not currently a Acre Strategy it is possible this is a feature that could be implemented in the future.
