Yes, typically for airport pickup. This service must be requested at the time of booking and a charge will be made for this service.

We will ask for your flight no. when you make the booking. Your assigned driver will check the details of the flight ETA. In the case of a cancelled flight please call +44 (0)1992 451111 to let us know.

We are normally happy to wait 25 minutes for free for all international flights and 15 minutes for domestic flights, any time after this will be charged accordingly.

We provide complimentary child seats / boosters for long journeys only, such as airport transfers. Please request these when making the booking to ensure your driver has made provision. We normally require 24 hours notice.

Only for registered credit cards, reduced rates are possible. AMEX cards incur a charge as low as 1.5%, all other major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please contact us for the latest rates.

For business account customers a monthly invoice is provided. Please arrange this with ACRE when setting up your account. Please also notify us of any changes.

Yes, however unless you have an account with ACRE, charges apply. Standard card charges  are currently £10 + VAT. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Yes. Please ask the driver if a receipt is required.

Yes, our drivers operate a booking allocation PDA which are GPS enabled. If you have the ACRE app you can track your car booking to your pickup location.

All our vehicles are licensed by the Borough of Broxbourne. All drivers are criminal record checked and passed medically fit to drive.

In accordance with the New Data Protection Regulation 25th May 2018,  on booking a service with ACRE Cars you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions which are on our Website.

We will only retain any personal data (address/ telephone/ email/bank card details) as long as necessary to deal with any queries.

All details are automatically deleted after a period of 12 months. This applies to all Company Accounts and individual Personal Credit Accounts.

If we have a shortage of Executive cars, we may send a standard car instead. We will endeavour to let you know in advance if this is the case.
